Call Sheet Tools Terms of Service
Effective date: May 12, 2026 Last updated: May 12, 2026
Applies to: Call Sheet Tools v1.5 and later
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Call Sheet Tools, the Google Sheets template and bound Apps Script sold via andrewsaliga.com by Andrew Saliga d/b/a Saliga.Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
By purchasing, activating, or using Call Sheet Tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the template and contact support@saliga.studio for a refund consistent with the store’s refund policy.
You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Your license
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use one (1) copy of Call Sheet Tools, activated on one (1) Google account, for your own commercial or personal production work.
The license is per-Google-account. You may move your license between Google accounts by contacting support@saliga.studio. You may not share the same license key across multiple Google accounts simultaneously.
We retain all right, title, and interest in Call Sheet Tools, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
2. What you may not do
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer Call Sheet Tools to any third party, including via repository sharing, file dumps, GitHub mirrors, AI training datasets, or similar.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to circumvent the license validation, the proxy routing, or any other technical measure in the script. Note that the Apps Script source is readable in your own Apps Script editor by design — you may inspect it; you may not republish it.
- Use Call Sheet Tools to send unsolicited bulk communications, spam, or content that violates applicable law.
- Use Call Sheet Tools in violation of Google’s Terms of Service, the Google Workspace Acceptable Use Policy, or any third-party service’s terms (Google Maps, Open-Meteo, OpenStreetMap, National Weather Service).
- Use Call Sheet Tools for any purpose that infringes any third party’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
Bypassing or attempting to bypass the license check is a breach of these Terms and may also violate applicable law, including 17 U.S.C. § 1201 (Digital Millennium Copyright Act anti-circumvention) and 18 U.S.C. § 1030 (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act) in the United States.
3. Refunds
We offer refunds consistent with the refund policy posted at the andrewsaliga.com store at the time of your purchase. Refund requests should be sent to support@saliga.studio. We reserve the right to deny refunds for license keys that have been used to send mass communications, that show signs of abuse, or that fall outside the posted refund window.
If you do not agree with these Terms after purchase, contact us for a refund before activating the script.
4. Updates and changes
We may release updates to Call Sheet Tools from time to time, including bug fixes, feature additions, and security improvements. Updates are typically distributed through buyer email notifications and the andrewsaliga.com store. You are not required to install updates, but older versions may stop working if Google deprecates an API the script depends on, or if license validation infrastructure changes.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects any changes. Material changes will be communicated via email to active license holders. Continued use of Call Sheet Tools after a material change constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
5. Termination
You may stop using Call Sheet Tools at any time and remove the license from your Google account using the License Status menu item.
We may terminate or suspend your license, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms — for example, by attempting to bypass the license check or by redistributing the script. Upon termination, your right to use Call Sheet Tools ends immediately. Sections 6 through 11 of these Terms survive termination.
6. AS-IS basis; no warranty
This call sheet template and its bound Google Apps Script (“Call Sheet Tools”) are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
You assume full responsibility for verifying all information generated by, displayed in, or sent from this template — including but not limited to call times, addresses, weather forecasts, drive times, hospital information, calendar invite times, and recipient email lists — before relying on it for any production-related decision or communication.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Andrew Saliga, Saliga.Studio, or any contributor to this template be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, missed call times, schedule disruption, production overages, or claims by third parties) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this template — even if advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) on which any such claim is based.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Call Sheet Tools exceed the amount you paid us for the license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Third-party services
Call Sheet Tools integrates with third-party services including Google Maps Platform (geocoding, places, and directions), Open-Meteo, the U.S. National Weather Service (api.weather.gov), and OpenStreetMap (Nominatim and Overpass). Data returned from these services is provided by those third parties and is not guaranteed to be accurate, current, or complete.
Service availability, quota limits, and data quality are outside the control of Andrew Saliga and Saliga.Studio. Always cross-check critical information — particularly hospital location, call times in calendar invites, and weather forecasts — against authoritative sources before sending the call sheet to crew or relying on it on set.
Your use of each third-party service is subject to that service’s own terms and privacy policy.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Andrew Saliga, Saliga.Studio, and our contributors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of Call Sheet Tools, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any content you send through Call Sheet Tools (including emails dispatched via Send Call Sheet to Crew).
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Call Sheet Tools will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue.
If you reside outside the United States, you are nonetheless agreeing to these terms and the choice of law and venue above; any local consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived under your local law continue to apply.
11. Miscellaneous
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity in connection with a sale or merger of our business.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any refund policy posted at the andrewsaliga.com store, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Call Sheet Tools and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party service outages, network failures, natural disasters, or governmental action.
