Call Sheet Tools — Terms of Service

Effective date:
October 19, 2026
Last updated: October 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to andrewsaliga.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of the products, downloads, and services offered through it. The Site is operated by Andrew Saliga d/b/a Saliga.Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

By browsing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or downloading or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our products.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. The Site is not directed to children. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or production company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

2. Using the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users’ accounts, our servers, or any connected system.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware, scraping at a rate that burdens the Site, or probing for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
  • Use the Site’s forms, order flow, or email features to send spam or to submit false or misleading information.
  • Copy, scrape, or republish the Site’s content, photographs, video, or product files except as these Terms allow.

3. Accounts

You may be asked to create an account to place an order or access downloads. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products, pricing, and orders

The Site sells physical products (such as stickers and bag tags) and digital products (such as call sheet templates, media pass templates, and other templates and tools). We may also offer free resources.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax, shipping, and other charges are shown at checkout where applicable. Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm it or ship or deliver the product. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a stock problem, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount you paid for an order we cancel.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number. Product descriptions, images, and colors are as accurate as we can make them, but a screen may not show a physical product exactly.

5. Shipping and delivery (physical products)

We ship from Tulsa, Oklahoma, to the destinations offered at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and carriers may cause delays outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the package to the carrier. If you ship internationally, you are responsible for any customs, duties, and import taxes. Please check your shipping address before you order; we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided.

6. Digital products and licenses

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, when you buy a digital product (including templates, media pass templates, and tools) we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use it for your own commercial or personal work. Unless the product page says otherwise, one purchase covers use by the purchaser only. We retain all right, title, and interest in digital products, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, share, or otherwise transfer a digital product (or any part of it) to a third party, including by repository sharing, file dumps, mirrors, marketplaces, AI training datasets, or similar. You may modify a template for your own use; you may not republish the modified version.

Media pass and credential templates. These templates are layout tools for producing passes for your own productions and events. You may not use them to impersonate any person, organization, or agency, to falsely claim press or industry credentials, or to gain access to any event, venue, or location you are not entitled to enter. You are solely responsible for how you use anything you create with them.

7. Call Sheet Tools: additional terms

Call Sheet Tools (including Call Sheet Template Pro, Call Sheet Tools Pro, and any Lite version) is a Google Sheets template with a bound Google Apps Script. These additional terms apply to it on top of the rest of these Terms.

7.1 Your license. The license is account-based, with a per-license seat cap that limits how many distinct Google accounts your key may be bound to at one time (the “account roster”). A standard license includes one (1) seat. Higher-tier licenses (for example, studio) include additional seats specified at the time of purchase. You may make unlimited copies of the call sheet template — the license auto-activates on every copy opened by a Google account on your roster.

You may add or remove Google accounts from your roster yourself by using the License Status menu item’s Remove License action to free a seat, then activating from the new account. Email support@saliga.studio if you need help. You may not exceed the seat cap by sharing your license key with people outside your roster, by activating on accounts beyond the cap, or by adding and removing accounts in rapid succession to circumvent the cap.

7.2 What you may not do. In addition to Section 6, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to circumvent the license validation, the proxy routing, or any other technical measure in the script. The Apps Script source is readable in your own Apps Script editor by design — you may inspect it; you may not republish it.
  • Use Call Sheet Tools to send unsolicited bulk communications, spam, or content that violates applicable law.
  • Use Call Sheet Tools in violation of Google’s Terms of Service, the Google Workspace Acceptable Use Policy, or any third-party service’s terms (Google Maps, Open-Meteo, OpenStreetMap, National Weather Service).
  • Use Call Sheet Tools for any purpose that infringes any third party’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

Bypassing or attempting to bypass the license check is a breach of these Terms and may also violate applicable law, including 17 U.S.C. § 1201 (Digital Millennium Copyright Act anti-circumvention) and 18 U.S.C. § 1030 (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act) in the United States.

7.3 Verify before you rely on it. You assume full responsibility for verifying all information generated by, displayed in, or sent from Call Sheet Tools — including call times, addresses, weather forecasts, drive times, hospital information, calendar invite times, and recipient email lists — before relying on it for any production-related decision or communication. Always cross-check critical information, particularly hospital location, call times in calendar invites, and weather forecasts, against authoritative sources before sending the call sheet to crew or relying on it on set.

7.4 Third-party data. Call Sheet Tools integrates with third-party services including Google Maps Platform (geocoding, places, and directions), Open-Meteo, the U.S. National Weather Service (api.weather.gov), and OpenStreetMap (Nominatim and Overpass). Data returned from these services is provided by those third parties and is not guaranteed to be accurate, current, or complete. Service availability, quota limits, and data quality are outside our control. Your use of each third-party service is subject to that service’s own terms and privacy policy.

7.5 Your crew’s information. You are the sender of any call sheet or calendar invite you dispatch from your own Google account, and you are responsible for having the right to contact the people on your crew list and for the content you send. See the Privacy Policy for how crew information is handled.

7.6 Updates. We may release updates to Call Sheet Tools from time to time, including bug fixes, feature additions, and security improvements, typically announced by email to buyers and on the Site. You are not required to install updates, but older versions may stop working if Google deprecates an API the script depends on, or if license validation infrastructure changes.

8. Refunds and returns

Digital products. We offer refunds consistent with the refund policy posted on the Site at the time of your purchase. Refund requests should be sent to support@saliga.studio. If you do not agree with these Terms after purchase, contact us for a refund before activating or using the product. We reserve the right to deny refunds for license keys that have been used to send mass communications, that show signs of abuse, or that fall outside the posted refund window.

Physical products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@saliga.studio within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you. Because stickers and bag tags are made to order or in small runs, we do not accept returns for change of mind unless the item is unused and we agree to it in writing first. Return shipping for approved returns of non-defective items is your responsibility.

9. Free resources

Free downloads and guides on the Site are provided for your personal or professional reference. They are covered by Sections 6 (license and restrictions), 10, 16, and 17 of these Terms. We may change or remove free resources at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including photographs, video, text, graphics, logos, product designs, and code — are owned by Andrew Saliga / Saliga.Studio or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Photographs and video shown on the Site, including client work, may not be downloaded, copied, edited, or used for any purpose without our written permission. Client work shown in a portfolio remains subject to the rights of the client and any subjects depicted.

“Saliga.Studio,” “Call Sheet Tools,” and related names and logos are our marks. You may not use them without permission.

11. Feedback and submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or messages through the Site, you give us permission to use them to improve our products and services without owing you anything. Please do not send confidential information through the Site’s contact forms.

12. Photography and video services

Information on the Site about photography, videography, and camera-department services is general and is not an offer. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement or contract between you and Saliga.Studio. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls for the services it covers.

13. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services (for example, hosting, payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, analytics, and advertising platforms) and may link to third-party sites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or any product at any time. We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects any changes. Material changes will be communicated by email to active license holders and posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site or our products after a material change constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Site and our products at any time. For Call Sheet Tools, you can remove the license from your Google account using the License Status menu item.

We may terminate or suspend your account or license, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms — for example, by attempting to bypass the license check, exceeding your seat cap, redistributing a digital product, or abusing the Site. Upon termination, your right to use the affected products ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 10, and 16 through 20) will survive.

16. AS-IS basis; no warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all products (including Call Sheet Tools and its bound Google Apps Script) are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Andrew Saliga, Saliga.Studio, or any contributor to our products be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, missed call times, schedule disruption, production overages, or claims by third parties) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any product — even if advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) on which any such claim is based.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site or any product exceed the amount you paid us for the product at issue in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Andrew Saliga, Saliga.Studio, and our contributors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or our products, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any content you send or publish using our products (including emails dispatched via Send Call Sheet to Crew, and any passes or documents you create with our templates).

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site or our products will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue.

If you reside outside the United States, you are nonetheless agreeing to these Terms and the choice of law and venue above; any local consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived under your local law continue to apply.

20. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity in connection with a sale or merger of our business.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any refund policy posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and our products and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party service outages, network failures, carrier delays, natural disasters, or governmental action.
